Full papers must be submitted through the official ICAPFS 2026 online submission system. Before submitting, authors should ensure that the manuscript is complete and follows the required conference format.

Full Paper Format and Template

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official ICAPFS 2026 full paper template. Manuscripts that do not comply with the prescribed format may be returned to the corresponding author for correction before further processing.

Authors should carefully check the manuscript structure, formatting, figures, tables, references, author information, and affiliations before submission.

Review and Publication Process

Submitted manuscripts will undergo an editorial evaluation and a double-blind review process, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on comments and recommendations from the reviewers or editorial committee.

Final publication eligibility will depend on the review outcome, compliance with the required manuscript format, completion of the registration process, and the publication policy established by the ICAPFS 2026 Organizing Committee.
